If you set up your account on an app, you won't have a password. When you first use the web platform, you will need to set one to be able to login.
1. Go to pushpay.com/forgot.
3. Enter your mobile number and click next.
4. An SMS message has been sent to the associated mobile number, enter confirmation code and select next.
5. Set new password and click update.
