If you set up your account on an app, you won't have a password. When you first use the web platform, you will need to set one to be able to login.
1. Go to pushpay.com/forgot.
2. Enter your email address and click next.
3. Check the email address associated with your Pushpay account for an email that will include a password reset link.
4. Select Reset your password
5. Set a new password and click update.
