If you forgot your password or if after a few unsuccessful attempts, you find your account in a "locked" status, you can easily reset your password.
If you do not have a password (app users), read Setting a Password.
To reset the password for your Pushpay account:
1. Go to pushpay.com/forgot.
2. Enter your email address and click Get password reset email.
3. An email will be sent to the associated inbox, open the email and click reset your password.
4. Set your new password and click update.
It is important to confirm your email address and keep it up to date, so that you can reset your password if you lose your phone.
