"Sorry, we could not remove that payment method as it is used for recurring payments to [Your Organization]. To remove this payment method please update that recurring payment."
If you are receiving this message, you have likely attempted to delete a payment method that is associated with an active recurring schedule. In order to remove this payment method, you must first update the active recurring payment schedule with a new payment method before the existing can be removed.
To add a new payment method, update your recurring schedule, and remove an existing payment method:
- Add your new payment method.
- Edit your recurring schedule by selecting the new payment method.
- Delete your existing payment method.
